For me, G.R.A.C.E. is about the people having their needs met while maintaining their dignity as they grow mentally, physically, and spiritually, and giving them the fortitude to rise above whatever issues may be plaguing them, their family, and their community as a whole. G.R.A.C.E. continues to rise to the call of the needs of ALL PEOPLE no matter their circumstances and is faithfully and diligently being the hands and feet of God in bodily form by not only sharing the Word but actively representing the Word through action.

My name is Evangelist Toni Williams and I’d first like to “Thank God” for allowing my path to cross with Cheryl and Jesse Green. I’ve known them for many years, but I never imagined how that friendship would come full circle. About seven years ago, I ran into Cheryl, and it seemed as if we were sitting at one of the girls’ basketball games, laughing and cutting up.

It was during that conversation that we immediately began talking about the goodness of our Lord and Savior and the marvelous changes that he had done in our lives. Speaking about his Grace, Mercy and Loving kindness. We spoke about my non-profit organization and then we spoke about their ministry. During this conversation, we spoke about being a good servant and understanding the assignment that God has for all his children to do.

Cheryl asked me to attend an event she was hosting and of course I was excited to do anything that would glorify our Heavenly Father. During this event, I saw the godly Love that she and her team displayed, and it made me feel privileged to just be in the company of such Christ like people.

Cheryl not only spoke about being a servant for the Lord, but she also allowed her actions to speak louder. She made several monetary donations to my non-profit organization as we work to serve a Women’s and Children Shelter. She did not hesitate to allow GRACE to step in. I know there are many servants of the Lord, but when God allows you to see his servant working on his behalf, it gives you the extra PUSH that’s needed to walk as a Woman of God.

I first met Lady Green over a phone call while inquiring about the 2019 MYM Youth Conference. Our first conversation felt as if we were old friends, Lady Green was so personable, warm and inviting that I signed our church’s youth group up and we headed to Texas from Louisiana with about 30 young people in toll. I couldn’t believe how affordable the conference was and all the benefits it promised, needless to say GRACE/MYM delivered as promised and with so much more. The welcoming embrace we received upon arriving was unbelievable, the generosity and Godly reception has been etched in our hearts forever. We fellowshipped, worshipped and became educated about needed community resources over the following two days and couldn’t wait to get back home with the amazing report of the lifelong bond we knew we had formed, and all were looking forward to the next one.

As life would have it, a worldwide pandemic robbed us returning the next couple of years, but God saw fit to bring us back together with GRACE ministries once again in 2023 and just as anticipated GRACE and Lady Green did not disappoint! In 2023 we received the correspondence that MYM was back so we journeyed once again with our Youth Ministry to GRACE/MYM and a blessed time was had by all, just as expected! The Green’s are God sent and our congregations will forever be connected thanks to the community minded loving spirit of GRACE led by Lady Green.
