Drawing from personal experiences and a desire for the mentorship he once sought, Duron has honed his skills in motivating and uplifting young individuals. He is committed to pouring his knowledge and enthusiasm into the next generation, aiming to be the mentor he wished for during his own formative years

Ms. Shaniece Miller is a speaker, author, and educator. Shaniece has been recognized as an authority on motivation, leadership and professional development, student services, top-tier mentorship training, and peer leadership which has made her well respected amongst her community and in her higher education career field. Shaniece has an extensive resume of speaking engagements and is a dynamic orator. Shaniece delivers a high-energy and personable speaking style that creates authentic connections with her audiences. Due to her ability to relate and transform lives, Shaniece is a heavily sought-after speaker. Shaniece is a proud graduate of Trinity Valley Community College, Tarleton State University, Angelo State University and is currently pursing her Doctorate degree in Higher Education.
