Cheryl not only has a servant’s heart in fellowship but cares for and develops professional growth as Chief People Officer at SSCP Management Inc.  With more than 20 years of combined experience in formulating, directing, and implementing the HR strategy for SSCP Management, its restaurants, and the Support Center, she oversees all facets of the human resource department, including communication, hiring, onboarding, payroll, and benefits. Cheryl collaborates closely with the President and other members of the executive leadership team, to provide strategic human resources leadership, ensure compliance with all relevant laws, and regulations, and deliver accurate and effective HR services to the organization.

Cheryl Green is a wife, mother of 6, grandmother of 10, sister, friend, servant leader and visionary; devoted to bettering the lives of others. Understanding firsthand the pain and struggles that families can experience; she recognizes needs, reflects in prayer and mobilizes resources to make a positive difference.

Cheryl has always felt called to care for and uplift those around her. Her own life experience gives her an innate ability to connect with people from all walks of life, allowing her to reach those in need of support with grace and love.

A true believer who faithfully carries out her mission with compassion and determination, Cheryl knows that when women come together, something powerful and impactful happens.

Grateful for every challenge or triumph life has given her, she remains humble; knowing she can accomplish nothing without God.
